How Chefzi works
- Send us your menu. A PDF, a photo or your old GloriaFood or Menulog menu all work. We set it up at no charge.
- Set how you sell. Pickup times, delivery zones by suburb or postcode, minimum orders, and table QR codes.
- Share one link. Put it on your Google Business Profile, Instagram, website and app bags.
- Take orders on the Android phone or tablet you already own. The Chefzi app rings when an order arrives, and you accept it.
Who Chefzi is for
- Takeaway shops and pizza shops paying 30% on app orders from regulars. See takeaway ordering.
- Cafés that want pre-orders and table QR without a lock-in contract. See café ordering.
- GloriaFood users who need a new home before 30 April 2027. See GloriaFood alternative.
- Former Menulog venues rebuilding their direct orders. See Menulog alternative.

| Who owns the customer | The app | Usually you | You |
| Finds new customers for you | Yes | Sometimes (marketplace apps) | No. You bring your own traffic. |
The honest answer for most venues: keep one delivery app for discovery, and move your regulars to your own page. See the best online ordering systems in Australia, compared.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to start?
A phone or tablet, your menu, and a Stripe account if you want card payments. No special hardware is needed.
Does Chefzi find customers for me like Uber Eats does?
No. Chefzi is your own ordering channel, not a marketplace. It works best for turning people who already know you into commission-free orders.
How much does Chefzi cost?
A$17 a month on the cash plan or A$36 a month with online card payments, excluding GST. No commission and no setup fee.
Do I have to leave Uber Eats or DoorDash?
No. Many venues keep the apps for new customers and use Chefzi for regulars.
Is Chefzi a GloriaFood replacement?
Yes. GloriaFood closes on 30 April 2027, and Chefzi includes the menu move.
