The 30 April vs 31 March discrepancy

Oracle's own sources give two dates. The FAQ PDF and gloriafood.com say 30 April 2027. The Oracle Food and Beverage page says 31 March 2027. We haven't seen an Oracle statement explaining the difference. When reporting, cite the FAQ's 30 April 2027 date and note the 31 March date, or ask Oracle for comment. Our advice to restaurants is to plan around 31 March so they aren't caught out.

What it means for Australian restaurants

We don't know of any public figure for how many Australian venues use GloriaFood, and we haven't estimated one.
